 FAQ

Q. Why does the Shortcuts app always open before the app I want?

A. Unfortunately, this is how the Shortcuts app works and there is nothing to do about it, it’s out of our control.

Q. How can I reduce the lag when the Shortcuts app opens first?

A. Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Motion -> Turn on Reduce Motion. This will reduce the lag a little.

Q. What should I do with my original /standard-looking apps?

A. You may move them to the App Library so your home screen is kept aesthetically-pleasing! To do this, press and hold on the home screen -> tap the minus sign on the top left part of the app -> selecting Move to App Library.

Q. The icons don’t show whether I have notifications or anything. The icons don’t have badges like the normal icons. Is this normal?

A. Yes, unfortunately that is also normal. You can see the notification badges by looking at the App Library
